ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to issue a direction to transfer the investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 23/12/2022 on the file of the second respondent police to some other investigation agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint that was received as per the direction of Division Bench of this Court in W.P(MD) No.16421 of 2021. Finding that there is no substance for taking action under the provisions of P.C Act. The above said complaint was forwarded to the District Collector, Thoothukudi, for further action.

3. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry only, the second respondent can take further steps. The petitioner can wait for a reasonable time of three months. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings when grievances is experienced. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
