2. Mr.M.Pandiarajan, Learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents.

3.The petitioner, informing the occurrence of a fire accident on 06.04.2018 in two firework factories at Ramuthevanpatti and Kakkivadanpatti, seeks direction to the 1st respondent to take proper steps for proper medical treatment, by shifting the injured 4 persons from the Intensive Care Unit, Sivakasi Government Hospital to Appollo Hospital or Grace Kennet Foundation Hospitals, Madurai to save their lives on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2018.

4.There is absolutely no merits in the Writ petition. It is admitted position that the injured are under intensive care and being attended to in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Sivakasi Government Hospital. There is absolutely no material to indicate that the treatment is substandard.

On the contrary, the very fact that the injured are placed in the Intensive Care Unit would be a reflection of concern towards their welfare. Though this Court has suggested that the injured can be shifted to the Appollo Hospital or Grace Kennet Foundation Hospitals, Madurai, if the petitioner is willing to bear the cost of treatment, we find no response from the petitioner. The Writ petition shall stand dismissed. No costs.
