3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police has not interfered in Company law matters and did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. 4.In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there is no interference by the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
