ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.216 of 2019 pending on the file of the third respondent to some other effective investigation agency or to some other Police Station.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent already completed the investigation in Crime No.216 of 2019 and closed the same as 'mistake of fact' on 09.01.2020 and on the same day, RCS notice has also been served to the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent.
