This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.12 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil as against the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous and noting survives for adjudication in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
