This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.70 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kodaikanal Police Station, Dindigul District. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, enquiry has been conducted and negative final report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court and now the matter is pending before the Court.

3.In the above circumstances, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. If at all the petitioner has any grievance against the negative final report, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
