This petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.238 of 2015.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.238 of 2015 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed.
3. Recording the submission so made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
