To call for the records relating to the Judgment and Decree dated 25.09.2020 made in A.S.No.49 of 2018 on the file of the Learned Sub Judge, Ramanathapuram against reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 10.08.2016 made in O.S.No.19 of 2011 on the file of the Learned District Munsif Court, Thiruvadanai and set aside the same consequently allow this Second Appeal.

Hence, this petition is dismissed as misconceived with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate interim application.
