O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure praying to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners in C.C.No.206 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel pending disposal of the above petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that it would suffice if the personal appearance of the petitioners is dispensed with before the Court below.

4.Considering the said submission, the personal appearance of the petitioners are dispensed with before the Trial Court, unless and until it is specifically required by the said Court. The Trial Court is also directed to complete the case in C.C.No.206 of 2009 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
