ORDER

The petitioner herein wants to conduct Aadal Padal event on 07.05.2018 and 08.05.2018 in connection with ''Chithirai Festival'' in Arulmigu Sri Mutharamman Temple, at Muthumothan Mozhi Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District . He has given a representation, dated 04.04.2018, in this regard. 2.The second respondent is directed to grant permission within a period of one week from today. This Court while allowing similar petitions has directed the authorities to incorporate certain conditions. The second respondent while granting permission shall incorporate appropriate conditions to ensure the smooth conduct of the event in question. This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
