Today the matter has been listed under the caption 'for being mentioned'.
2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the order dated 27.02.2025, instead of Crime No.32 of 2025, dated 17.02.2025, it has wrongly been mentioned as Crime No.32 of 2025, dated 17.12.2025.
3.In view the same, the said typographical error is amended. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment as stated above and issue a fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
4.The time already granted by this Court is extended for another fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
