ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of this petition preferred against the order passed by the trial Court discharging the respondents in C.C.No.177 of 2013, which arose upon the complaint given by the revision petitioner against the respondents for cheating. 2.The memo filed for withdrawal indicates that the parties have settled their dispute, which is of suit of matrimonial disguard, which includes dissolution of marriage in H.M.O.P.No.75 of 2011, claiming maintenance in M.C.No.79 of 2011, custody of the minor child in GWOP No.19 of 2014 and relief of protection in D.V.O.P.No.8 of 2015. Since it appears that the parties have settled their dispute amicably nothing survives in this criminal revision case. Hence the memo of withdrawal is recorded and this criminal revision case is disposed of accordingly.
