ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the Sub Court, Virudhunagar in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.114 of 2001 on 16.11.2023. 2.Even though the revision has been preferred against the order of allowing the interim applications, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he restricts his prayer for giving direction to the trial Court to dispose the main suit within the time stipulated by this Court. 3.Considering the oldness of the matter, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
