This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to alter the penal provisions in crime No.4 of 2025 for suitable sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012, on the file of second respondent police based on petitioners representation dated 18.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, her daughter was found missing, therefore, the petitioner has lodged a complaint, for which, the present FIR has been registered under Girl missing. Now, the petitioner sent the representation dated 18.02.2025 seeking to alter the suitable section under the POCSO Act, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2025 was considered and the Section was altered based on the investigation.

4.Though the petitioner has no any locus standi to direct the investigation agency to conduct investigation in a particular manner, already the petitioner's representation was considered and section of was altered based on the investigation.
