This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 10.04.2015 and take necessary action against the proposed accused within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that no petition is received by the second respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 11.05.2015 along with a copy of the complaint, dated 10.04.2015 and the second respondent shall proceed with the same and complete the enquiry, within four weeks thereafter. 5.With the above direction, this petition is disposed.
