It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.06.2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.182 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) IPC by the second respondent Police.
