Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned State Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.160 of 2012 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C.No.32 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur on 29.09.2016. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
