This petition has been filed for a direction to appoint a particular person as Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the case in S.C.No.28 of 2014.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case has already been ended in acquittal on 31.10.2017. 4.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
