2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this court finds it appropriate to direct the respondent to complete the enquiry in Crime No.135 of 2010 dated 24.04.2010 and Crime No.183 of 2011, dated 18.04.2011 and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. These Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with the above direction.
