When the matter is taken up for hearing on 30.04.2014 for admission, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, it is posted after vacation. Even thereafter, the petitioners did not take any steps to list the matter for admission. Therefore, it shows that the petitioners are not interested to pursue this quash petition, it is pending for four years. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition.

2. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
