ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to expeditiously complete the trial in C.C.No.51 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Madurai in accordance with law, within the time frame. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the respondents 2 and 3 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.51 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Madurai and the same is pending. Though the complaint was lodged in the year 2016 itself, the case was taken up on file in the year 2017. But so far, no witness was examined and prayed for a direction to the lower Court to dispose of the case within the time frame.

3.On the side of the first respondent, it is stated that A1 died. A2 and A3 obtained an order to dispense with their personal appearance. The case is posted on 22.03.2021 for examination of witnesses L.W.1 to L.W.3.

4.In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai is hereby directed to dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1 / 2
