Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned tender cum auction notification published by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.68/2020 dated 24.02.2020 and quash the same in respect of the Shop No.3 situated at Nithiravilai Sandahi, Ezhudesam Town Panchayat, Vilavancode Taluk,

Kanyakumari District and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to extend the existing leasehold right for the period from 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2023 in respect of the above said Shop No. 3 in favour of the petitioner.

Rajarajan Standing Counsel for R3 COMMON ORDER The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that as per the order of this Court dated 11.03.2020, the petitioners in all the writ petitions have been permitted to participate in the Auction held on 12.03.2020. The petitioners in WP(MD)Nos.5101, 5104 and 5127/2020 have participated in the Auction and the petitioners in WP(MD)Nos.5100, 5102 and 5124/2020 have not participated in the Auction. He has also filed a compliance report before this Court.

2. Since the Auction itself has been completed, nothing survives for further consideration in these matters. The writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
