PRAYER in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8639 of 2018: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2014, on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Dindigul, to any woman police officer in the second respondent department in the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police.
PRAYER in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8640 of 2018: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to issue a direction to the fourth respondent to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs) as compensation to the petitioner's daughter as provided under Sr.No.17 to Annexure I of the Schedule of the Scheduled Castes and scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, and Section 357 A of the Criminal Procedure Code.

2. The Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8640 of 2018, has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs) as compensation to the petitioner's daughter as provided under Sr.No.17 to Annexure I of the Schedule of the Scheduled Castes and scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rules, and Section 357 A of the Criminal Procedure Code.
3. In Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8641 of 2018, has been filed to direct the fifth respondent to initiate appropriate action against the third respondent.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2014, on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Dindigul, has been completed and charge sheet has already been laid in Special S.C.No.7 of 2016, on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Dindigul, for the offence under Sections 417, 376(D) of IPC and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 r/w Section 3 (2)(v) of SC/ST Act and nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions.
5. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
