This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.418 of 1/4

2022 and to file charge sheet in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai by way of e-filing in No.LTN20230001763C2026000122 on 18.02.2026. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
