ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.2,3,4,7,8 & 9 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 IPC in Crime No. 58 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police and the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor. 3.This Court went through the contents of F.I.R. from which , it is seen that the serious overtact is attributed only to the coaccused namely Siranjeevi and Prabhakaran(A1 and A5). Both were arrested and they are still in custody. The petitioners herein did not play any major role in the present incident. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the intervenor submits that the victim is still in hospital.

5.Considering the role played by the petitioners herein, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, Theni District and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with common sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
