ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the FIR in Crime No.54 of 2017, on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the dispute in between the petitioners and the defacto complainant is settled out of the Court, however, that was not entertained by the law enforcing agency. Hence, the petitioners filed the petition for the above said relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that

after registration of FIR, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the competent Court on 21.04.2017. Hence, challenging the FIR does not arise in view of charge sheet filed before the Court.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. The Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infrutuous and it is open to the petitioners to work out their remedies in the manner known to law.
