This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.09.2017 and investigate the case in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was subsequently closed.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
