ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to issue a direction to transfer the investigation to some other agency to conduct further enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 12.02.2023 on the file of the second respondent within time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and that the petitioner as well as the proposed accused appeared and they have informed that they have already settled the matter between themselves and gave statements that no further action is necessary and recording the said statement, the complaint was closed. 3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
