[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] The contention of the learned Advocate for the petitioner is that necessary arrangements for the Female convict prisoners at the Special Prison

for Women in Madurai to work in par with the Male Prisoners at the Freedom Filling Station in Madurai be directed. The representation is made in that regard.

2. In one of the Public Interest Litigations argued by Mr.R.Alagumani, this Court observed that the said Scheme is under consideration of the State Government and they will be taking a decision expeditiously.

3. In case, the decision is not taken within six months, then the petitioner may agitate afresh.
