This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members on the guise of enquiry into some false complaint on the basis of her representation dated 4.7.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is involved in Crime No. 65 of 2016 and the respondent called the petitioner only for enquiry. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.

4. Recording the above undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed.
