ORDER

The petitioner is the Organizer of a Kabadi competition. He wants to hold the Kabadi competition on 05.05.2018 and 06.05.2018 at Shri Mariamman Kovil Thidal, Pannankombu, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. In this regard, he has already given a representation on 09.04.2018.

2.The respondent is directed to grant permission to conduct the Kabadi competition on 05.05.2018 and 06.05.2018 at Shri Mariamman Kovil Thidal, Pannankombu, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. However, it is open to the respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions to ensure the smooth conduct of the event. The respondent shall issue proceedings in this regard to the petitioner within a period of one week from today. This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
