ORDER

Seeking to quash the final report in C.C.No.7 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, the present petition is filed by the petitioner/sixth accused.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would contend that the police had filed a final report in C.C.No.07 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, stating that the petitioner is absconding and the petitioner is also not appearing before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate.
