ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, in C.C.No.395 of 2014 to expedite the trial and dispose of the case within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that the case in C.C.No.395 of 2014 is pending from the year 2014 onwards and so far this case has not been disposed of. 3.In view of the above, the learned learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri is directed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.395 of 2014 and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
