ORDER

The petitioner herein wants to conduct Aadal Padal event on 02.05.2018 in connection with ''Chithirai Festival'' in Arulmigu Sri Mahakaliamman Temple at Vel Nagar, Periyakulam East Post, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District. He has given a representation, dated 22.03.2018, in this regard.

2.The second respondent is directed to grant permission within a period of one week from today. This Court while allowing similar petitions has directed the authorities to incorporate certain conditions. The second respondent while granting permission https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall incorporate appropriate conditions to ensure the smooth conduct of the event in question. This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
