O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation to some other agency to conduct further enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner, dated 30.01.2023, on the file of the 3rd respondent within time stipulated by this Court. 2.By the order dated 02.03.2023, the first respondent was directed to depute a competent Officer higher than the cadre of the accused officer. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the above said order, the entire enquiry file has been forwarded to the ADSP, Tuticorin. Now the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.
