ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406 and 420 of IPC and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner is figuring as accused No.6. It is a case of job racketing and the amount involved is to the tune of Rs.1,45,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Forty Five Thousand Only) and there are as many as 37 victims. It is also evident that there has been money transaction from the account of the second accused to the account of the petitioner.
3.Considering all these aspects, custodial interrogation is required. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
