ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused No.1 to 3, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.373 of 2013, under Sections 294(b), and 506(ii) I.P.C., on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.18 of 2014, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayankudi and the case was ended in acquittal on 05.02.2015.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
