ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry except under due process of law.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by one Revathi, a case has been registered in Crime No.242 of 2016 under Section 392 IPC, in which, the petitioner herein is arrayed as A1.
4. Recording the said submission, this petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
