PRAYER :- to extend time for the weeks period for producting sureties before the Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri in Crime No.394 of 2019 in Crl.MP.No.865 of 2020, dated 04.02.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.16591/2019 ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State. 2.The anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners shall surrender within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of the order copy. CRL MP(MD). No.2468 of 2020 petitioners did not surrender, though enjoying protection from arrest. Again, the petitioners have filed an application for extension of time in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.865 of 2020, this Court allowed the application for extension of time on 04.02.2020. Inspite of extending the time to surrender, the petitioners were four in members have not complied the condition. Now, citing the ill health of the fourth petitioner, the extension of time is sought for. 3.This Court finds no bonafide in the application.
