ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondent police to provide a closure report for the complaint filed by the petitioner on 18.12.2022 on the file of the respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that copy of the closure report of the complaint give by the petitioner has been received by the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings by way of filing the protest petition.

4. With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
