..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the representation dated 19.01.2018 given for regularizing the services as Watchman or Full time Masalgi with effect from 16.10.1990 with all consequential benefits.

ORDER
The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 19.01.2018 given for regularizing the services as Watchman or Full-time Masalgi with effect from 16.10.1990 with all consequential benefits.
2.Heard, Mr.D.Sureshkumar, learned counsel, for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

Court to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2018 and to pass orders thereon with regard to the regularization of his services, with the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent herein would submit that his representation, dated 19.01.2018 would be considered on merits and an order to that effect will be passed within the time be stipulated by this Court. 5.Considering the said submission made by both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:- " that the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2018 regarding regularization of his services as Watchman or full-time Masalgi with effect from 16.10.1990 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
