Section 2(e) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a Drug Offender and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Kaliraj, S/o.Shanmugaraj, male aged about 19 years, who is detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty. N.ANAND VENKATESH, J When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.1691, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department dated 31.03.2022 submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
