This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.756 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent herein against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already investigation in Crime No.756 of 2014 has been conducted and the same was closed as "Action Dropped".

3. Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
