No.29/2022 dated 23.02.2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely, the

petitioner's son ie., Mugundan Raja, aged about 23 years, S/o.Palanisamy now detained at the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

N.ANAND VENKATESH, J When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.2563 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department dated 06.05.2022 submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
