This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 28.02.2023 under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking to quash the case in C.C.No.344 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Pragalathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the judgment in C.C.No.344 of 2008 was pronounced by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District on 17.10.2024 and the case ended in acquittal. 2/4

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
