This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to register a case based on petitioner's complaint dated 15.10.2016.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents by producing a copy of the closure report submitted that the complaint preferred by the petitioner was closed on the ground that the dispute is purely civil in nature and that the parties may approach the Civil Court. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition if he is so advised.
