O R D E R

The petitioners allege that the harassment at the hands of the second respondent.

2. According to the petitioners' counsel, there is a civil dispute between the petitioners on the one hand and the third respondent on the other.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioners.

4. This submission is placed on record. But then, the petitioners' counsel alleges that the petitioners were compelled to remain in the station premises.

5. Therefore, taking note of the said allegations, the following directions are issued:- i) If the second respondent wants to enquire the petitioners, the second respondent shall issue formal summons in writing to the petitioners.

ii) If the second respondent registers any First Information Report against the petitioners herein, the petitioners will be given notice so that the petitioners will have sufficient breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

6. With these directions, the criminal original petition stands disposed of.
