2. Both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that matter has been settled out of Court and the parties are now live together. Therefore, no further adjudication is necessary in this case. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
