This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent to file a final report before the concerned Magistrate Court in Crime No.149 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that the matter relates to the offence under Section 420 and the law enforcing agency, to get expert opinion from the appropriate authority, seeks six months time of this Court to complete the investigation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), I am inclined to grant six months time to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy, in Crime No.149 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
