This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.253 of 2024 on the file of first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in the present case investigation has already been conducted by the 1st respondent and the same was closed as 'action dropped'. 3.Since this petition is filed to quash the FIR, the first respondent police after completion of investigation, closed the same as 'action dropped', nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands closed.
